About this Seminar

People First — Build a Team That Lets You Thrive

Brief description: Most practices don’t have an “HR problem” - they have a system problem. This segment covers how to consistently attract the right candidates, run an interview process that actually predicts performance, onboard in a way that reduces churn, and create clear expectations so your culture isn’t dependent on a few “hero” team members.

Attendees will leave with practical frameworks for hiring, performance management, accountability, and retention - so the clinic can scale without burning out the owner or the team.

What you’ll walk away with: a simple hiring funnel, interview scorecard approach, onboarding structure, and a “team operating system” mindset.

Dental Marketing in 2026 — What Works Now (Traditional vs Digital, and the Truth in the Middle)

Brief description: Marketing isn’t about “doing more”, it’s about doing what converts and what builds long-term trust in your community. This segment breaks down what’s actually working for dental clinics in 2026, including the evolving role of Google, reviews, local search, paid ads, social media, referrals, and community-based traditional marketing. We’ll compare traditional vs digital through the lens of ROI, patient quality, team capacity, and chair-time profitability - plus how to avoid wasting money on strategies that look busy but don’t build a healthier schedule.

What you’ll walk away with: a practical marketing scorecard, a “stop/start/continue” list for common tactics, and a simple plan to align marketing with production goals and staffing capacity.

Operations & Transitions — Run It Better Today, Position It Better for Tomorrow

Brief description: Whether you plan to sell in 2 years or 12, the same truth applies: strong operations create both better lifestyle and stronger valuation. This segment demystifies what drives clinic value (beyond revenue), how operational maturity impacts buyer interest, and when it makes sense to sell vs hold. We’ll cover the operational levers that increase profitability and reduce risk—like metrics, scheduling systems, capacity management, hygiene optimization, leadership structure, and documentation - so owners can improve the clinic now while building future optionality.

What you’ll walk away with: a “value drivers” checklist, the concept of transition readiness, and an operational improvement roadmap that’s realistic for busy clinics.
