About Meghan Samson
Meghan Samson is the Operator of Nova Yoga studio in the heart of downtown St. John's. Trained in Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Core Strength & Restorative Yoga, she truly believes that no matter your age, size, or fitness level: there is a style of yoga to serve you and your needs. A student of yoga for 15 years and a teacher for 10, Meghan is passionate about helping people reconnect to themselves through the practice. Her teaching style is playful and compassionate, focused in fluid movement, deep breathing, and nervous system regulation. She loves supporting students in building strength, flexibility and resilience, so they are able to move through life with a little more ease. Meghan says "I don't take myself too seriously, and I hope you won't either- there's always room to laugh in my class!" When she's not on the mat, you can find her wandering the woods or visiting the ocean with her dogs, spending time with family, and chasing sunshine whenever she can.
