About Sandy Moss

Sandy Moss was born in Trenton, ON and at the age of 10 moved to Eastport NL, and later relocated to Gander where she & her husband, Keith, raised their 3 children and remain there now for 39 years.
Many of the paintings Sandy has done are as a result of her love of learning and the social connection with painters within her community. Her interest in painting started in 2012 simply by attending a paint night and later various painting classes taught by an artist from Clarenville, which soon ignited a desire to want to continue learning which led to beginning classes with Bobbie Pike; a Newfoundland artist from CBS, and Perry Kiely of Gander, who with more years of learning how to paint from many other on-line courses and artists, including the very influential effect that Bob Ross had on Sandy's artistry to this very day.
