About Emma Chafe
Em is a passionate advocate for all things creative. As an Art Therapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor, Em integrates creative expression with mindfulness, movement, and a therapeutic lens. With a Master’s of Counselling: Art Therapy from Athabasca University and the Vancouver Art Therapy Institute, experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, and training in therapeutic yoga from Yoga Therapy Toronto, Em offers a trauma informed and holistic approach to working with life’s challenges. Em brings training in Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness and Mindful Self-Compassion to their practice to create a safe and supportive space for communication, empowerment and growth.
