Interdisciplinary planning to avoid pitfalls in implant based dentistry for single unit, multiple units, and full mouth rehabilitations
About this Seminar
Implant-based restorations have revolutionized our ability to provide patients with both aesthetic and functional restorations. With innovations in materials and digital technology, we can now offer a more seamless approach to treatment than ever before. However, it's crucial to understand that basic principles are essential, and an interdisciplinary approach can help eliminate or reduce complications. In this lecture, we'll present the successes and failures we've encountered as a restorative and surgical team over the past six years. We'll discuss best practices for achieving optimal results using both conventional and digital workflows. It's worth emphasizing the importance of communicating with your dental lab technician during this process, as it can benefit the patient greatly.
We'll also highlight the consensus from current evidence-based literature to support our recommendations. By adopting these best practices and principles, we can ensure that patients receive the most effective and efficient implant-based restorations possible.
