Kelly Bursey was introduced to yoga in 2006 and has been practicing ever since. Yoga has empowered her not only on a physical level but on an emotional level as well. It gave her the courage to deal with many obstacles in her life and fuelled her desire to blend the benefits of yoga and wellness as a whole.
