Chef Steve Watson will be hosting a live cooking class with the help of our President, Dr. Michelle Zwicker!
Chef Watson will be showing you how to cook salmon in phyllo pastry with pesto, artichoke risotto and Mediterranean sautéed vegetables in sun-dried tomato and oregano dressing.
You will receive the ingredients list 2 weeks in advance if you're registered to participate and we will also be giving away prizes throughout the night!
But... the fun doesn't stop there! Cooking with Chef Watson will be followed up with some TRIVIA!
Virtual Trivia will be hosted by Dr. Shane Roberts and Dr. Craig Smith. There will be online access that allows you to answer the trivia questions and of course we will have more prizes!
